The terms that apply when you buy a subscription from Sky Glass.

1. Agreement
By using this website or placing an order with Sky Glass, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Our Services
We resell access to third-party digital subscription services. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of Netflix, Spotify, Google, Amazon, Adobe, OpenAI or any other provider named on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. Orders and Pricing
- Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.
- An order is confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or a pricing error.
5. Payment
We accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash and direct bank transfer. You are responsible for sending the correct amount and for sharing proof of payment. Never send payment to an account that has not been confirmed by us on our official WhatsApp number.
6. Delivery
Subscriptions are delivered on WhatsApp to the number you provide, normally within 5 to 30 minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery may take longer outside business hours or where manual verification is needed.
7. Your Responsibilities
To keep your subscription working, you agree not to:
- Change the account email, password or recovery details unless we tell you to
- Share, resell or publish the credentials we supply
- Exceed the number of screens, devices or profiles included in your plan
- Use the account for anything unlawful
Accounts broken by any of the above are not covered by our warranty.
8. Warranty
Each subscription is covered for the duration of the plan purchased. Warranty claims are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
9. Service Availability
We do not control the third-party platforms we resell. If a provider changes its terms, pricing, regional availability or account policies, this may affect your subscription. Where that happens we will offer a replacement or a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Intellectual Property
The Sky Glass name, logo and site content belong to us. Third-party brand names and logos are used for identification only.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
